Science Teacher - Secondary School - Wigan
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Wigan. This is an excellent long-term teaching opportunity starting ASAP and continuing until at least Christmas 2025.
The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, promote achievement, and encourage respect within the classroom. The role:
Position: Secondary School Science Teacher
Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Until at least Christmas (with potential to extend)
Contract: Full-time, long-term teaching role
The school are looking for:
A qualified Science Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics).
A teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and raising attainment.
Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and engage students.
