Are you a qualified Science Teacher considering a change after October half-term?

Aspire People is looking to recruit experienced and newly qualified Science Teachers across Birmingham and Solihull, with opportunities available from Monday 2 November and throughout the remainder of the academic year.

Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, we want to hear from teachers who are passionate about their subject and confident delivering engaging lessons in secondary schools.

WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

We recruit for daily supply, short-term cover, regular weekly bookings and long-term Science teaching positions, with potential permanent opportunities also available.

Assignments can involve teaching general Science across KS3, GCSE Combined and Triple Science at KS4, and specialist Biology, Chemistry or Physics at KS5 where appropriate.

For longer-term placements, responsibilities may include lesson planning, marking, assessment, examination preparation and contributing to the wider Science department.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will need QTS or QTLS, strong Science subject knowledge and the ability to establish positive classroom routines and maintain good behaviour.

We are interested in teachers who can adapt their teaching to different abilities, communicate effectively with pupils and contribute positively to the schools they support.

Experienced Science Teachers and Early Career Teachers are both encouraged to apply.
