The successful candidate will inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 and KS4), delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and helping students build a strong foundation in the sciences.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging Science lessons to secondary school students.Inspire students to develop a passion for Science and encourage curiosity in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the Science curriculum and share best practices.The Ideal Candidate:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field).Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve success in Science.Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive, engaging ..... full job details .....
