The successful candidate will primarily be working with lower ability classes and pupils who can present challenging behaviour, so strong behaviour management skills are essential for success in this role.The Role: Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Support learners with a wide range of abilities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum. Manage behaviour effectively and create a positive, structured learning environment. Build strong relationships with students to improve engagement, attendance and progress. Work closely with pastoral and leadership teams to support student development. Full-time, long-term opportunity with an immediate start.The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
