This rewarding full-time role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and helping them access Science in an engaging and meaningful way.The school supports students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex communication needs, and is looking for someone who can bring patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to the classroom.Role Overview: Support the delivery of Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a specialist secondary settingLead small group interventions and provide targeted one-to-one support for students with additional learning needsAssist teachers with lesson preparation, practical activities, classroom organisation, and differentiated learning materialsPromote student engagement, independence, and confidence within Science lessonsSupport students with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and communication needs using calm and consistent ..... full job details .....
