Science Graduate (Biology, Physics and Chemistry) – Science Teaching Assistant role in an outstanding secondary school located in Islington. SEPTEMBER 2025 start. Long-term temporary contract. Salary: £23,000 - £26,000.Responsibilities

Support KS3-5 lessons across the Science Department with a focus on attainment and quality of learning.Tutor Science 1:1 and in small groups (2-6 students).Contribute to GCSE and A Level interventions to raise attainment.Enrol on the Trainee Science Teacher (Schools Direct) pathway.Qualifications

Desirable degree in Biology, Physics or Chemistry from a reputable university.Good A Levels and GCSEs across the board.Confidence in knowledge of the GCSE and A Level curricula.Ability to engage and motivate students; commitment and ambition to succeed.School Details
