About the role:Lead and manage the Science department across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)Drive high standards of teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and PhysicsDevelop and implement an engaging and effective Science curriculumSupport and mentor teaching staff within the departmentMonitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment?
