Job Title: Chemistry Teacher (or General Science Teacher) Location: Chatham, Kent Pay Rates: Competitive based on experience Full-Time November 2025 Start Until July 2026Supply Desk are working closely with one of our reputable secondary schools in Chatham, rated Good by Ofsted, to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher (or talented General Science Teacher with strong Chemistry expertise). This is an exciting long-term opportunity starting November 2025, continuing until July 2026, with the potential for extension. About the Role Deliver engaging and high-quality Chemistry lessons up to Key Stage 5, inspiring curiosity and confidence in the subject.Teach across Key Stages 3 5, tailoring lessons to suit a range of abilities and learning styles.Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment with strong behaviour management and clear expectations.Use effective Assessment for Learning (AfL) strategies to track progress and promote achievement.Contribute to a thriving and collaborative Science Department with access to modern laboratories and excellent resources.
