Science Academic Coach (Physics and Chemistry) September 2026 to July 2027 £90 - £110 per day ''Good'' secondary school, Ward of Edgbaston 1:1 and small group support across GCSE Physics and ChemistryThe Role: Work with the Science department to support GCSE pupils in Physics and Chemistry through 1:1 tuition and small group intervention. You will help students strengthen their understanding of key topics, reinforce classwork, support revision, and feed back clearly to teachers on progress. GCSE science content is built around subject knowledge and progression across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, while secondary teachers work with pupils aged 11 to 16, or up to 19 in schools with sixth forms.The Candidate: You are clear, organised, and confident explaining difficult ideas in a simple way.
