This part-time position requires someone who is committed to promoting the well-being of students during lunch hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment within the school premises. The School Welfare Assistant will play a crucial role in providing assistance, guidance, and supervision to students during this time.Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor students during lunch breaks to ensure their safety and well-being.Provide support and assistance to students who may require help or guidance during lunchtime activities.Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting respectful behaviour and resolving conflicts among students effectively and calmly.Collaborate with school staff and teachers to address any behavioural or disciplinary issues that may arise during lunch hours.Implement school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.Report any concerns or incidents to appropriate school personnel.Assist in organising and supervising activities or programs designed for student engagement during lunch breaks.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
