Site Supervisor - A Key Role in a Caring School CommunityLocation: Bacup Hours: 7am until 10am - 14:30 until 17:30We''re working with a warm and welcoming Primary school that''s looking for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a vital role where you''ll help ensure the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained - making a real difference to the daily lives of staff and pupils.What you''ll be doing:Opening and securing the school site each dayCarrying out general maintenance and minor repairsKeeping the grounds safe and tidySupporting with health and safety checks and complianceLiaising with contractors and suppliers when neededBeing a friendly and approachable presence around the schoolWhat we''re looking for:Someone reliable, hands-on and proud of their workPrevious experience in a similar role (school experience is a bonus but not essential)Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health and safetyA positive attitude and willingness to get stuck inEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.If this sounds like you, I''d love to hear from you.
