This is a key role within the school, responsible for ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well maintained for students, staff, and visitors.The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises and support the smooth running of the site.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening and securing the school site each dayManaging the maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings and groundsCarrying out general repairs and maintenance tasksEnsuring the site complies with health and safety regulationsConducting routine safety checks and maintaining site recordsLiaising with contractors and overseeing works on siteSupporting with deliveries, furniture moves, and room setupsEnsuring the school environment remains clean, safe, and fully operationalWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious site manager, caretaker, or facilities management experience, ideally within a school environmentIOSH qualification preferredRelevant health and safety training and knowledge of compliance proceduresStrong practical maintenance and DIY skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyA proactive and reliable approachAn ..... full job details .....
