School Site Manager

We are currently supporting a well-regarded primary education setting in appointing an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and smooth operation of the school premises. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong maintenance experience who takes pride in maintaining a safe and well-presented environment. Fulltime, Mon - Fri £20 - £23 per hour Key Responsibilities Oversee the opening and closing of the site, ensuring security at all times Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and basic DIY tasks Monitor and maintain health and safety standards across the site Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues Liaise with contractors and external service providers Support with cleaning standards and site presentation Assist with setting up rooms and moving equipment as required Requirements Must have Enhance DBS Previous experience in a school site management, caretaker, or maintenance role Strong DIY skills (basic plumbing, carpentry, general repairs) Good understanding of health and safety procedures Ability to work independently and use initiative Experience working within a school or similar environment is desirable ..... full job details .....
