Job Type: Temporary - This is a medium to long-term opportunity with an immediate start available. Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 37 hours per week Preferred split shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm Flexibility available for the right candidate Hourly Rate: £15ph Duties: Opening and securing the school premises (key holding) Carrying out basic site maintenance and repairs Ensuring site compliance and health and safety standards are maintained Liaising with and overseeing contractors on site Supporting with site security and day-to-day operational issues Assisting with cleaning duties where required Requirements: Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Management experience Good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements Reliable, proactive and able to work independently Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one) Please apply if you are suitable!
