This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and practical individual to play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented school environment. As a School Site Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school site, ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard for pupils, staff and visitors. The successful School Site Assistant will work closely with the wider site and premises team to support the effective running of the school. The school is looking for a School Site Assistant who will:Support the maintenance, cleanliness and security of the school siteCarry out basic repairs, maintenance and DIY tasksAssist with opening and closing the school premisesEnsure health and safety procedures are followed at all timesHelp prepare rooms and spaces for school events and activitiesWork collaboratively with staff, contractors and external agenciesThe ideal School Site Assistant will have previous site, maintenance or caretaking experience, strong practical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
