The school is looking to appoint someone both immediately and from September on a full-time, fixed-term basis.The role will initially run until December, with the potential for extension beyond this date.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmSchool Science Technician - Role InformationPrepare, set up, and clear away equipment and materials for practical science lessonsSupport teaching staff with the delivery of practical experiments across Biology, Chemistry, and PhysicsMaintain laboratory equipment and ensure resources are readily availableSafely store and handle chemicals and scientific equipmentAssist with risk assessments and departmental safety proceduresProvide technical support to teaching staff and students where appropriateSchool Science Technician - Applicant RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Science Technician within a school or educational settingStrong scientific knowledge and understanding of laboratory proceduresExperience preparing practical resources and equipment for science lessonsGood awareness of health and safety requirements within a laboratory ..... full job details .....
