The Role We are seeking a highly organised, disciplined, and motivational School Sergeant Major to lead the ceremonial and military aspects of school life. This is a non-teaching position and plays a critical role in maintaining the school''s traditions, supporting pupils in leadership and discipline, and upholding the values and standards that define the school''s military heritage.
