Receptionist - SEN School Twickenham | ASAP Start | Temp to Perm

Veritas Education is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a specialist SEN school in Twickenham as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school office. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience using Arbor, alongside strong administrative skills.

The role will include:

• Managing reception duties
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering calls and responding to enquiries
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the school with examinations administration
• Providing general office support

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience working in a school office environment
• Confidence using Arbor
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
• A proactive, friendly and professional approach
