Role: School ReceptionistStart: ASAPTerm: TempHours: Monday - Thursday 7.50am - 3.50pm and Friday''s 7.50am - 3.20pmLocation: Rural Swanley (you must have your own transport due to lack of public transport options)Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hourAbout the Role:As a Receptionist, you''ll be the first point of contact for SEN pupils, staff and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and directing visitors Responding to all inquiries with a warm smile and a helpful attitudeClearly communicating via phone and face-to-face, passing on messages to the relevant staff membersOrganising student uniforms and taking lunch registers through ''ParentMail''Checking, ordering, and organising stationery supplies Helping with photocopying and printing tasks What We''re Looking For:A warm, approachable personality with a passion for helping staff and students.An enhanced DBS on the update system would be an advantage.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.An ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy reception environment.Prior experience in a similar role or having used school systems such as ParentMail is a plus but not essential.
