We are seeking a reliable and approachable Receptionist to join a supportive specialist school in the Southampton area on a part-time basis every Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a caring school community where every member of staff plays an important role in supporting young people.
You will be responsible for helping manage the front desk, handling enquiries and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

• Supporting the wider school team where required
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Friendly, professional and approachable manner
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience within a school environment desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
