Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual looking to make a difference in an educational setting£ Our client, a thriving and modern school, is seeking a School Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office. Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls and handling face-to-face enquiries
• Signing in visitors and pupils, maintaining security procedures
• Providing pupil first aid (training available)
• Carrying out general clerical and administrative tasks
• Supporting the Administration Manager with daily office duties

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• A passion for working with children/young people, with empathy and understanding
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, parents, and visitors
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a busy school environment
• Previous administrative experience (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

Requirements

• DBS Check (or willingness to obtain)
• EWC Registration (or willingness to obtain)
