Essential Experience At least 5 years experience in contract management, procurement or a commercial service delivery role.Demonstrable experience of managing complex projects.Knowledge of PFI contracts and their operation.Excellent communication, management and relationship skills.Strong understanding of FM operations, statutory compliance, and asset management.Proven ability to analyse contracts and translate clauses into expiry planning requirements.
