Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, wellbeing and independence while supporting a safe, therapeutic and autism-informed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual health needs.Support young people with complex medical conditions, including epilepsy, gastrostomy care and wound management.Monitor, assess and respond to changing clinical needs.Work collaboratively with education, care and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care.Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.Deliver training, guidance and clinical support to colleagues where ..... full job details .....
