The successful candidate will work across both sites, carrying out a range of maintenance and site duties, with occasional responsibility for driving the school''s minibus.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general maintenance, repairs, and decorating across both school sites.Undertake routine inspections to ensure buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe and well maintained.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Assist with setting up rooms and facilities for school events and activities.Maintain the security of the premises, including locking and unlocking buildings where required.Monitor and report maintenance issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.Liaise with external contractors and support planned maintenance works.Carry out basic grounds maintenance and ensure outdoor areas remain safe and tidy.Occasionally drive the school minibus for educational visits, sporting events, or other school activities, as required.Comply with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding requirements, and school ..... full job details .....
