School Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative - Oxford £26,500 per year + Stakeholder Pension Our client is a small, international boarding school, offering an enriching educational experience to students aged 16-19 from diverse global backgrounds. They are seeking a reliable and practical Maintenance Operative to support the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of their campus facilities. Working as part of the Facilities Team, the successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and site support tasks to ensure the school environment remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) worked on a rota with another team member. Working hours will typically be: 08:00 - 17:00, or 10:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday. The role includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and lunch is provided during working hours.
