School Maintenance

We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client that manage independent schools The role is based in Loughton, Milton Keynes. Hours would be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required) Role will include: Day to day maintenance such as (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting) Routine inspections of buildings and report defects Respond promptly to maintenance issues Ensuring fixtures, fittings, doors, windows and furniture are safe and functional Security of the site Maintain external grounds Follow health and safety policies at all times Follow safeguarding procedures at all times Skills Required: Practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking or facilities workExperience working in a school environment before would be desirable As this is working in a school you must be reliable and trustworthy Start Date is MondayTo apply for this job YOU MUST HOLD AN ENHANCED ..... full job details .....
