This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the school''s ICT provision and play a key role in supporting staff, pupils, senior leaders and governors with the effective use of technology across the school. The school is embarking on several key technology initiatives over the 6 weeks holidays, including the rollout and management of a 1:1 device programme comprising approximately 180 laptops, the implementation of new business software, and the introduction of a site-wide swipe card access system. You will play a leading role in delivering these projects whilst shaping the future ICT strategy of the school.Your new role As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the schools'' ICT provision and technical support.
