This is an opportunity to use your technical skills in a supportive school environment, helping staff and pupils access reliable IT systems and digital learning resources. The role: Provide day to day technical support to staff and pupils. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Set up, maintain and update computers, laptops and other IT equipment. Support access to online learning platforms and classroom technology. Assist with user accounts, passwords and access permissions. Keep accurate records of equipment and technical issues. Follow school procedures for data protection, online safety and secure use of IT systems. We are looking for: Experience working as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
