School Improvement Consultant

We are currently seeking to represent an experienced School Improvement Consultant with exceptional skills in SEND education for a new long-term, temporary to permanent job opportunity. If you are a SEND specialist senior leader seeking a new leadership job either immediately or from January 2027, we would be keen to speak with you. We are a Lot 1 Agency Supplier on the GCA Framework and as such, have been appointed by a large, Multi Academy Trust in the Northampton (NN4), East Midlands area to assist them with some immediately available leadership vacancies. This School Improvement Consultant job is available immediately on a full-time, long-term basis and will be offered until at least July 2027 with the potential to become permanent. We are able to offer a daily rate paid to scale from day one for a comparative salary of between £82,654 to £88,951. This is an opportunity to work across a large multi academy trust as their key contact for all SEND improvements. Whilst you will be based at their head office, this is a field-based role and the successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own diary based on the needs of up to 12 schools within the Northampton area.
