Within this role you will report directly to the Head and wider SLT, to ensure the implementation of an HR Strategy that develops and supports the overall strategic plan, undertake workforce planning research, support and advise on all ER issues and keep all relevant parties informed on any employment law and related policy amendments. Leading a team of 4, in this role, you''ll provide professional, efficient, confidential and proactive guidance and support to the wider team, in areas including disciplinary matters, grievance, absence management, restructuring and change management.
