Requirements include and are not limited to: Essential: Proven and demonstrable experience working in a school''s HR environment.A successful track record in managing complex employee relations cases.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.Either an existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step.A strong understanding of current education HR legislation and best practice.
