HR Business Partner ResponsibilitiesThe client is looking for a dedicated and competent HR professional with school experience, combined with a positive attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include and are not limited to: Essential: Proven and demonstrable experience working in a school''s HR environment.A successful track record in managing complex employee relations cases.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.Either an existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step.A strong understanding of current education HR legislation and best practice. HR Business Partner RewardsThis is a hybrid role with 1 day per week spent at our central team office working alongside the HR and payroll team; and the remainder of your working time spent visiting schools or working from home.Hours of work: FLEXIBLE Full time and part time options are available for this role including term-time working or all year round (52 weeks per annum).
