Employment Co-ordinator Mansfield (R.E.A.L. Provision) Close date: Friday 10th July Interview date: Friday 17th July We are looking for a motivated and proactive Employment Co-ordinator to develop and lead an engaging work experience programme, improving employment opportunities for students and building strong partnerships with local employers. This is a rewarding role where you will directly support young people to take their next steps into employment, training or further education. The Role You will lead on all aspects of work experience and employability, working closely with students, staff and external partners. Key responsibilities include: Developing and coordinating a structured work experience programmeBuilding strong relationships with local employers and securing placementsMatching students to suitable placements and supporting them throughoutMonitoring student progress and conducting site visits and risk assessmentsEmbedding employability skills within the curriculum alongside education staffSupporting progression routes including apprenticeships, internships and career pathwaysOrganising careers fairs, mock interviews and employer engagement events About You We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and passionate about supporting young people to succeed.
