This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated professional to join a supportive pastoral, safeguarding and wellbeing team, providing a confidential counselling service to students aged 14–19. The Role: Provide professional counselling and therapeutic interventions to students. Support young people with mental health, emotional wellbeing and personal development. Build trusting therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Carry out safeguarding procedures, risk assessments and appropriate referrals. Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams, as well as external agencies. Support students in developing resilience, coping strategies and positive outcomes. The Ideal Candidate: A recognised qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology or equivalent.
