This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident cook who enjoys working in a school environment and takes pride in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for pupils and staff. The Role Preparing and cooking daily meals for pupils and staff Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and meets dietary requirements Following food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen Managing food stock and minimising waste Working as part of the wider school team About You Previous experience working as a cook, ideally within a school, nursery, care setting or similar environment Good knowledge of food hygiene and allergen requirements Reliable, organised and able to work independently Friendly and professional approach Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential) APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy.
