Job Title: School Cleaner

Location: Stockton and Yarm
Hourly Rate: -14.25 - -16.25 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 3.15pm till 6.15pm (times may vary)

Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? Empowering Learning are working with School''s in the Stockton and Yarm area for a dedicated School Cleaners to help maintain high standards of cleanliness within their school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the school remains a safe and pleasant place for pupils and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to purchase one.
• Be able to provide professional references for the last 2 years
• Able to start immediately
