Job Vacancy: School Cleaner and Kitchen AssistantLocation: Saltburn Monday-Friday Split ShiftsEmpowering Learning Group are working in partnership with a school in Saltburn and are looking for a reliable, hardworking and flexible Cleaner and Kitchen Assistant to join their team.This is a great opportunity for someone local to Saltburn who has previous cleaning and kitchen experience and is looking for work within a school environment.Working HoursThe role involves split shifts throughout the day, Monday to Friday:Cleaning: 6:00am - 8:15amKitchen Assistant: 11:00am - 1:00pmCleaning: 3:00pm - 5:15pmTotal hours: 6.5 hours per day (32.5 hours per week).Role ResponsibilitiesCleanerClean classrooms, corridors, toilets and other school areas to a high standard.Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe down surfaces.Empty bins and ensure the school environment remains clean, safe and hygienic.Follow cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.Kitchen AssistantAssist with basic food preparation and serving meals to pupils.Help with washing up, cleaning kitchen surfaces and keeping the kitchen tidy.Support the kitchen team with food storage and general kitchen duties.Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.The Ideal CandidateHas previous cleaning and kitchen experience.Is reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a positive attitude.Is local to Saltburn or able to travel reliably to the school.Can commit to all the advertised hours, Monday to Friday.Holds an Enhanced ..... full job details .....
