You will lead the day-to-day operation of the school kitchen, ensuring excellent food standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and a positive dining experience for all.Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook fresh, healthy meals for students and staff.Plan varied and balanced menus that meet nutritional guidelines.Manage stock levels, ordering and budget control.Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.Supervise and support kitchen staff where required.Ensure compliance with all food safety and safeguarding procedures.
