The Catering Manager will oversee a high-volume kitchen serving fresh meals to students. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the catering team, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Key Duties- Plan healthy breakfast, lunch, and event menus. Ensure all meals meet school nutritional guidelines and legal standards. Manage food allergies, intolerance''s, and special dietary needs Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff. Control food costs, order stock, and manage the catering budget. This is a mobilisation role so it will be a high-pressure phase that involves updating equipment, updating schedules of staff, and setting up entirely new kitchen systems. Hours - Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm. H ourly rate - starting from -23.00 per hour. Employment dates - 02/09/2026 - 18/09/2026. It is likely there will also be further shifts.
