This hands-on leadership role involves managing the catering team, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.Key Duties-Plan healthy breakfast, lunch, and event menus.Ensure all meals meet school nutritional guidelines and legal standards.Manage food allergies, intolerance''s, and special dietary needsRecruit, train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.Control food costs, order stock, and manage the catering budget.This is a mobilisation role so it will be a high-pressure phase that involves updating equipment, updating schedules of staff, and setting up entirely new kitchen systems. Hours - Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm.Hourly rate - starting from 23.00 per hour.Employment dates - 02/09/2026 - 18/09/2026.
