This is an immediate start opportunity for candidates who take pride in maintaining safe, clean and secure school environments.Working Hours OptionsWe are recruiting across several shift patterns to suit operational needs:Option 1: Split Shift 6:00am - 9:30am2:00pm - 6:00pmTotal: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per weekOption 2: Two-Person CoverageCaretaker A6:00am - 2:00pm (includes 30-minute break)Total: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per weekCaretaker B2:00pm - 6:00pmTotal: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per weekOption 3: Two-Person CoverageCaretaker C6:00am - 10:00amTotal: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per weekCaretaker D10:00am - 6:00pm (includes 30-minute break)Total: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesOpening and securing the school siteGeneral maintenance and minor repairsSupporting cleaning and site cleanliness standardsCarrying out health and safety checksSetting up rooms for school activities and eventsLiaising with staff and external contractorsEnsuring the site remains safe, secure, and well-maintainedWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious caretaker, site, or maintenance experience (preferred)Strong awareness of health and safety proceduresReliability and good timekeepingAbility to work independentlyA proactive, hands-on approachEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain ..... full job details .....
