      <description>Location: Beaconsfield | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | School Caretaker - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire             Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire   Role: Flexible Hours/Work Through Summer Holidays/Immediate Start            We are looking for a practical, reliable and proactive  School Caretaker  to join our friendly team at a specialist  SEN School  in Beaconsfield.  You will help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.           Key Responsibilities Include:    Opening and securing the school site  (key-holder duties)   Responding to alarm activation when required  Carrying out basic repairs, painting and maintenance tasks  Building flat-pack furniture and moving equipment  Conducting security checks and site patrols  Assisting with fire, security and heating systems  Replenishing site consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, etc.)  Supporting planned and reactive maintenance across the school             About You:    Experience in caretaking, maintenance, facilities or a similar role  Practical DIY and repair skills  Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently  Good understanding of health and safety  Positive attitude and willingness to support a specialist school...</description>
