Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.Undertake general maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, fixtures, and fittings to ensure the smooth running of the school.Manage security systems and ensure they are functioning correctly, including monitoring CCTV cameras, and performing lock-up procedures.Maintain outdoor areas, including gardening, landscaping, and snow removal.Assist with the setup and cleanup of school events and activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role is preferred, but not essential.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, students, and external contractors.A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
