You will be a proactive School Site and Maintenance who is able to maintain high standards across school keeping the children and staff you support safe. You will be: - An experience School Site and Maintenance Manager Used to working in a school setting and understand the importance of HandS. Able to demonstrate a track record of managing maintenance across school. Happy to take direction and to help support the aims of the school. Experienced in providing maintenance reports and resolving defects. Capable of managing a budget for work that needs completing. Confident in carrying out repairs to a high standard. Used to carrying out inspections and being responsible for School security. Must have: - School experience. Enhanced DPS or willingness to undergo DBS check.
