You will play a key role in ensuring the site is opened, operated and secured safely each day, while providing general maintenance and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen the site at 6:30am, ensuring cleaners can access the site from 6:45am and that toilets, gates and access points are ready for public use.Lock and unlock all buildings and access points, including the archway, walled garden and courtyard gates.Turn off lights, close windows and set alarms to ensure the site is safe and secure.Manage gates and barriers in line with college opening times.Act as an emergency key holder, attending site when required to secure the premises promptly.Take monthly cash takings from the Visitor Centre to the bank.Carry out minor building maintenan...
