The school has a strong values-based culture focused on learning, enrichment and supporting its young people, and has been rated Good by Ofsted, with Outstanding leadership and management and personal development.The school is looking to take on a Caretaker on a, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, with part-time requests considered. The successful Caretaker will work as part of an established site team, carrying out regular building compliance checks, general maintenance, supporting staff with the effective use of the building and assisting with the school s lettings programme, with some early starts and late finishes required.The successful Caretaker will have: Previous experience in a caretaking, building, property or site maintenance rolePractical maintenance skills, including experience with carpentry, plumbing or similar areasExperience or knowledge of carrying out building compliance and safety checksA proactive approach to maintaining buildings ..... full job details .....
