      <description>Location: Richmond | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | (Temporary to Permanent) Are you an experienced and practical individual looking for your next opportunity as a School Caretaker? Our client, a well-regarded school, is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join their premises team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Previous experience working within a school setting would be advantageous but is not essential. Working Hours Monday to Friday  7:00am - 4:00pm 10:00am - 7:00pm  Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Facilities  Carry out regular inspections of the school buildings and grounds, updating systems and records as required. Ensure playgrounds, pathways, and fire escape routes are kept clean, safe, and free from hazards. Operate, monitor, and maintain heating, lighting, water, and ventilation systems.
