No formal qualifications or direct experience are essential however, being handy and confident with basic repairs is crucial.Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)Opening and closing the school site, managing keys and alarm systemsMonitoring site safety, including fire safety and hazard preventionCoordinating with contractors for larger repairs when requiredManaging cleaning schedules, deliveries, and general site upkeepResponding to maintenance issues quickly and effectively What We re Looking For: Practical skills and a hands-on approach (DIY, home improvement, or similar experience)Strong problem-solving ability and initiativeReliability and trustworthiness, especially with site security responsibilitiesGood understanding of health and safety and risk awarenessAbility to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workloadStrong communication skills when interacting with staff, students, and contractorsGood attention to detail to ..... full job details .....
