School Caretaker / Handyperson

Location: Rochdale
Job type: Temporary sick cover, initially for two weeks
Start date: Immediate
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pay rate: -12.71 to -14.50 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable School Caretaker / Handyperson to provide temporary cover at a static school site in Rochdale.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of the site. This position is initially for two weeks, although the duration may vary depending on the requirement for sick cover.

• Completing basic maintenance
• Carrying out general caretaking duties
• Liaising with contractors working on site
• Helping to ensure the school remains safeand secure

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential
• A reliable, practical and proactive approach
• Availability to start immediately
