School Caretaker

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced Caretakers to work across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands area. We have a variety of long-term positions available, as well as ad hoc opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role
As a Caretaker, you will play a key role in ensuring that school sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Duties may include:

• General site maintenance and repairs

• Ensuring the security of the premises

• Health and safety checks

• Opening and closing the school site

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role

• A DBS certificate registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support with this)

• Flexibility and reliability

• Own transport would be an advantage
