The-ideal-candidate-will-be-willing-to-work-split-shifts-to-open-the-premises-on-a-morning-and-then-return-on-an-evening-to-lock-up.-

Responsibilities

• Responsible-key-holder-opening-and-closing-premises,-monitoring-the-property-
• Carrying-out-minor-repairs-and-maintaining-premises-to-ensure-safety-
• Managing-outdoor-areas-and-general-upkeep-of-grounds-
• To-use-own-initiative-and-take-the-lead

Requirements

• Experience-in-building-maintenance-/-cleaning-/-plumbing-/-gardening-
• Confident-in-working-alone-
• Provide-2-employment-or-educational-references
• To-hold-or-put-in-process-an-enhanced-DBS-disclosure
